About Me

syncrawnicity@gmail.com

I am a Christian, spiritual life coach, health coach, educator, teacher, and academic tutor.  I love helping people connect on a spiritual level with life and goals, learn the necessary skills to reach those goals efficiently and successfully, and create the vision and desire to explore and live life joyfully.

My Story

I used to think a good day was one where I finished the list.

I don’t measure days that way anymore.

Now I try to build a day that moves forward without emptying me. That simple shift has changed almost everything.

In 2000 I had a bad reaction to a prescription. The doctors I trusted had no real answers, so I tried something different: a raw vegan way of eating. Within 45 days I felt a change I had not found anywhere else. Years later another medication reaction damaged my adrenals and closed the career path I was on. Those two experiences forced me to stop trying to force my life into an old shape. I had to start redesigning it around the body and limits I actually live with.

That redesign is still underway. Every morning I begin with prayer and time in the Bible — not as a religious duty, but because I want kindness, patience, and love to have a

better chance of showing up in the ordinary moments of the day.

The rest of my time is spent learning: how to work gently with my own health realities, how to pace a life that still gets things done, and how to turn what I’m discovering into something that might steady someone else when their own path gets hard.

I have been asked to teach classes and stand in front of rooms full of people. Most would never guess I am an introvert. The courage to do it doesn’t come from being naturally outgoing. It comes from loving the work enough that I’m willing to do what is required to keep it alive.

I am applying my own program to my own life first. I am still in the middle of the redesign. Even this page is part of it.

If you’re walking through something hard with your health or your life, I hope something here helps you feel a little less alone in the process.
